There are plenty of farms around the GTA to keep you and your family busy this summer. The best part? Visiting a nearby farm is an educational opportunity for the entire family – not just the kids!

Chudleigh’s Farm
Since 1967, Chudleigh’s Farm has been providing an enjoyable country escape for families, especially during apple harvest time!
Based in Milton, the farm provides an educational opportunity to learn about how food is grown. Get immersed in nature while exploring all the farm has to offer including giant slides, horse-tire swings, a sand pit and a nature trail. Located nearby in Caledon is Downey’s Farm, an exciting place to spend time outdoors with family and friends.

The little ones aren’t left out at Downey’s Farm. Wooden play structures, a giant sandbox and jumping pillows are just a few of the activities that will keep them busy, too. To really tire out the kids, try out the human-sized hamster wheel attraction!
