The farmer’s market is available every Wednesday, featuring the freshest produce to buy. It is Mississauga’s long-loved service market supporting both local and global access to delicious clean food. Engage in conversation with the marketers and sample local items including pies and preserves. Operating from 9 – 3, take advantage of the proximity to purchase several summer favorites and whip up something delicious in Platinum’s fully furnished kitchen.
Do You Like Art?
The Art Gallery of Mississauga is rewarded as being the top art institution in the GTA! They promote temporary, rotating exhibitions of contemporary art to view. These arts come from indigenous circles, local talent and youth exhibitions. They also promote live forums for citizens, lectures and seminars for art enthusiasts and creative group projects working in conjunction with Colleges and Universities. Take a tour of the building itself, and admire the lovely architecture, the interior space featuring AGM’s permanent Art collection. This institution, alongside Platinum’s short term rentals, are part of Mississauga’s Downtown core! As if you are part of the great scenery (for whatever time!)

If you’re arriving around the end of July, get your dance on with the Mississauga Latin Festival! The festival has been a staple in Mississauga for 14 years! It’s a multi-day event from July 29th to July 31st. Arising from a two-year hiatus, the event plans to be big and bright and featuring the best performers living in the GTA and overseas. Immerse yourself in the music of Mississauga. This Summer, Amphitheatre Unplugged is telling you to rock on! The performances would be Mississauga’s finest singers, dancers, comedians, musicians, poets, and more. Every Wednesday is a brand-new show, so expect anything.
