We can arrange pick up for you from the Pearson International Airport (YYZ). When you book your apartment suite, there is an option to select airport pick up. Extra charges apply. If you go with our preferred drivers, receive a discount – learn more here

Storage Locker

Storage lockers are available for an additional charge – subject to availability. We recommend requesting storage at the time you inquire about availability.

At Platinum Suites you’ll get free, unlimited High Speed internet on a 24 hour Wi-Fi connection that is yours, not on a shared network as it is in a hotel.

Separate mail boxes are available for individual suites.

In-Suite Laundary

Each suite has a stacked washer/dryer for ultimate convenience during your stay. Our machines use ONLY High Efficiency detergent (buy detergent marked HE).

Information Binder

Each suite has a binder full of information about the suites, guest guidelines and instructions, as well as resources about the nearby services and businesses in the community.

Additional Housekeeping

Housekeeping during your stay can be arranged at an extra cost (not included with room rental). Housekeeping can be arranged before or during your stay, simply phone us to make a request.

Guest Suites Booking for Guests

If you have guests coming to visit, we can prepare a separate suite for their arrival. Just request it by phone or email and we can add it to your rental bill. Subject to seasonal rates and availability. You are responsible for your guests while they stay with us.
