All our suites have been designated SMOKE FREE. There is a charge of $1000 to clean the suite if anyone is found to be smoking inside of the suite. Additional charges could be applied if the suite cannot be returned to its original condition due to painting, extensive carpet and furniture cleaning. If you are a smoker or plan to have guests that smoke, we recommend that you smoke out on the balcony with closed patio doors or outside of the building if permitted at that location and ensure to dispose cigarette butts as per building rule. Never through the cigarette butts out from the balcony.

Yes, all our suites are equipped with central air conditioning systems with thermostat in every suite to be controlled by our guest as per their specific need regarding heating or cooling temperature in their respective seasons.

You are permitted to have guests stay overnight. If you have guests stay for a longer term, please advice Platinum Suites staff so they can add your guest to the building guest list. For visitor parking, all buildings provide parking spots based on, 1st come 1st serve and availability. Visitor parking is not guaranteed.

We provide one underground, secured and designated parking space with every suites. All the parking levels are centrally heated in winter.

If you wish to use the buildings other amenities where ever available like Billiard Room, Theatre Room, Virtual Golf Centre, BBQ in summer, Party Room with Kitchen, Wet Bar and Lounge Area, you will need to register at the Security Desk or management office to gain access. You can book these amenities with the Property Management Office. A Deposit, rental charges and security guard charges (where applicable) will be required at the time of booking.

Most of our locations have Gym, indoor heated Swimming Pool, Whirlpool and Change rooms with Saunas. You can enter to the fitness centre and swimming pool during the scheduled hours of operation by using your FOB (electronic access control system).

We require minimum fourteen (14) days notice to extend your stay. Extensions with less than fourteen (14) days notice are not guaranteed and based on availability. If you wish to extend your stay, Platinum Suites reserves the right to increase the nightly rate for dates of extension, provided Platinum Suites is able to accommodate the extension.

Yes, we collect a $500 security deposit refundable only after check out, satisfactory suite inspection and return of the suite keys. This is required in advance prior to arrival (in order to confirm suite reservation) on top of the full rental charges.

Platinum Suites can only confirm the suite type, not the suite number in advance and send you pictures of one of our suites to show our quality and standard. You may or may not get the same suite shown in the picture as it depends upon the availability. Platinum Suites team thrive to maintain their standard in all of their suites.

Should you wish to cancel your reservation prior to the arrival date, Platinum Suites requires fourteen (14) days notice to avoid any penalty. Late cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.

What if I need to depart earlier than expected? 2016-06-06T19:45:20+00:00

If for whatever reason you need to depart earlier than initially reserved dates, if you booked for a month than the first thirty (30) nights are non-refundable and no changes permitted. If you have reserved suites for more than a month, only after the first thirty (30) nights stay, fourteen (14) days notice can be provided to avoid any penalty. Without 14 days notice, the guest is subject to pay a penalty of up to 14 days accommodations for early cancellation. No changes permitted for any contract less than 30 days.
